In Part 1, we will work together to identify conscious and unconscious agreements you've made with yourself. We typically develop these agreements in childhood or based on our experiences and observations - and these agreements often lead to our worry and/or unhelpful or never ending thought patterns. You will also learn a powerful technique, in which you can start practicing immediately, that will be key in developing patterns you appreciate!

In Part 2, we'll actually say our goodbyes to the thoughts that are not helpful to us and will more fully implement what you learned in Part 1.
