From the Other Side of the College Drop-Off

As parents, saying goodbye to a child stepping into adulthood is bittersweet. But really, we all face moments of letting go—when loved ones are far away, when loss leaves us aching, or when dreams feel lonely and uncertain.

The comfort is this: No matter how far away we are from the ones we love in life or in death, and even when we feel alone in our dreams or fears, the Lord remains ever present and is deeply engaged in knowing and understanding us.

What Will You Find If You Look Closely?

Have you ever shared sensitive information about yourself with a friend only to have them misuse it? What a painful feeling to be rejected, talked about, or “stabbed in the back” after trusting someone.
